A Zeroly account is optional. It only exists if you created one to back up your data. Deleting it removes the account and its cloud backup.
Your backup and account are deleted immediately. The debts on your phone are not touched.
Email kaanoztrrk411@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Zeroly account", sent from the email address you signed up with. We will delete your account and backup within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted: your email address and sign-in details,
and your cloud backup (debts, payments, budget, payoff method and
settings). Nothing is kept afterwards.
What is not affected: data stored on a phone where Zeroly
is still installed. To remove that, use Settings → "Erase everything",
or uninstall the app.
